All of our orders are sent via Australia Post’s Regular Service or Sendle and are made within 3 business days. Standard transit time then applies to your location from Sydney.

We also offer an Express Courier service for orders within Australia. These orders will be sent via Australian Post’s Express Service, your order will be made and despatched within 2 business days. Transit time then applies to your location from and usually take 1-3 business days to arrive. Please note that due to COVID-19, there may be some delays. Once dispatched you will receive shipping confirmation and tracking details.

International Shipping Our shipping costs depend on the country and weight of the items in your order. Please contact us for a quote.

Additional Duties and Taxes We do not collect any customs when sending our packages. Any customs fees, taxes, tariffs, duties, etc. that may be incurred at the time of delivery would be at the discretion of your country’s tax regulations. We have no way of calculating how much these fees would be, should they occur, and Mama Chew is not responsible for those charges. Additional duties and taxes assessed by customs are the responsibility of the customer. Mama Chew is legally required to declare the full value paid on shipments and must include an invoice for customs should they require it. For any additional information refer to your local customs agency. Please ensure that you enter your shipping details correctly. We are unable to accept responsibility of lost order or orders delivered to the wrong person due to incorrect shipping details entered.

Lost or Damaged Items We put a lot of effort in secure packaging. However, we will replace lost or damaged items free of charge. Shipping internationally goes smoothly most of the time. Be aware that every so often items may be delayed by the shipping service or customs.
